New look website!

Posted on 9:08am Thursday 5th Jul 2012

Just a quickie update today, exciting news! My website has been revamped courtesy of my friend who is staying with me at the moment and who made me the awesome picture at the top of the pages of all my funny little knits playing around in a garden! I love it, hope you enjoy the new look. I am really pleased with it because it makes me smile :)

I've also changed the pages a little to make thing easier to read and freshen it up a bit. I think I will update the little photo strip at the top of the blog here too soon.

I'm also pleased to announce that I've now released my Handbell pattern! This is a rustic wrist purse knit in pure new wool. I really like the garter stitch in this (by the way, garter is back in a big way and really hot right now!). The pattern is available on my pattern page in the shop or in my Ravelry store. My favourite picture of the bags is below...

And now, on with the photographing! I am determined to share with you my queue of things I want to knit and show you some of the yarn I have ready for these patterns I've been wanting to make!

I'm also going to be making another video for lefty knitters showing you from start to finish (including casting on and off) how to knit this gorgeous drop stitch scarf on large needles - it takes just one ball of Sirdar Bohemia yarn and I think the result is quite stunning. Here's a pic of one I made already.

So lots coming up to look forward to, do check back soon!
